Sarah Beth Mims, 79, of Clanton died Saturday, Nov. 19, 2011, at Hatley Health Care in Clanton.

She was born Saturday, Aug. 6, 1932, in Chilton County, daughter of the late Odis Baker and the late Elizabeth Moatts Baker.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are her three daughters, Barbara M. Neeley of Clanton, Margaret M. Cleckler of Clanton and Kathy M. Headley of Clanton; five sons, Frankie Mims of Clanton, Bobby Mims of Clanton, Jeff Mims of Clanton, Tim Mims of Clanton and Keith Mims of Clanton; three sisters, Eula Mae Baker of Clanton, Elizabeth Ann Dykes of Clanton and Brenda Sue Connell of Clanton; 15 grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Joe Mims; son, Dennis Mims; and brothers, Wayne, Bill and Van Baker.

Services were held Monday, Nov. 21 at 11 a.m. at Temple Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Royce Ellison and the Rev. Randy Ray officiating.

Interment will follow in Temple Assembly of God Cemetery in Clanton.
