Billingsley dropped a region contest at American Christian, 49-8, on Friday.

The Bears got a 7-yard touchdown run from A.J. Tyus, who also ran in the 2-point conversion.

Jimmie Lanier rushed 27 times for 102 yards.

Preston Wallace completed 3-of-4 passes for 69 yards.

Daryl Gardner led BHS with eight tackles, and Matt Prebula recorded two sacks.
