Marylon Lucas Frucci, 86, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2011, at her home in Verbena.  Mrs. Frucci was born Sept. 30, 1924, in Montgomery, to the late Cecil Lucas and Ila Stephens Lucas.

She is survived by daughter, Angelyn Conway (James Olen) of Auburn; daughter, Gwen Davis (Richard) of Clanton; son, Benjamin Frucci Jr. (Carolyn) of Prattville; grandchildren, Jay Conway (Jennifer) of Cullman, Lee Conway (Amy) of Opelika, Rick Davis (Cheryl) of Helena, Rachel Davis Stone (Tyler) of Homewood, Stephanie Frucci of Montgomery and Marianne Frucci of Montgomery; great-grandchildren, Clay Conway, Drew Conway, Ben Conway, James Conway, Molly Conway, Anna Marie Conway, Trey Davis, Nicholas Davis, Colby Davis, Maryl Stone, Jed Stone and Gabe Stratten; and her brother, Herman Lucas (Carol).

She was pre-deceased by her parents; sister, Sharon Hall; and husband, Benjamin Frucci, Sr..

Throughout her life, Mrs. Frucci was devoted to her family, her church and her community.

Funeral services will be conducted at Verbena United Methodist Church at 11 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 23.

Visitation will be held at the church one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow at the Verbena Cemetery.
