Isabella defeated Thorsby, 3-0, on Monday and won one out of four matches Saturday at the Donoho Classic.

The Mustangs defeated St. Luke’s, 2-1 (24-26, 25-21, 16-14); and lost to Hatton, 2-0 (25-13, 25-13); Gaston, 2-1 (20-25, 26-24, 25-11); and Horseshoe Bend, 2-0 (25-20, 25-21).

Hayden Compton posted 27 kills and six blocks in four matches combined, and Savannah Kissel had 19 kills, seven blocks and three aces.

Khadijah Craig contributed nine kills and eight aces, Heather Posey had 35 assists and Allison Mims had 42 digs.

Isabella’s junior varsity and junior high teams both took 2-0 wins over Thorsby on Monday.
