A missing person alert has been issued for Clanton 16-year-old Natalie Brooke Merrell.

Merrell was last seen at her home on Aug. 30 as she was leaving for school.

She was driving a green 1996 Mercury Mystique with Alabama tag No. 14B88N6.

According to the Alabama Department of Public Safety release, Merrell may be with Chance Williams, a male companion.

Merrell is described as standing 5’6” and weighing 150 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair.

Anyone with information about Merrell’s whereabouts should call Chilton County Sheriff’s Department Investigator Greg Walls at 755-1120.
