Ashley Brooke Clark, Emma-Caitlin Pitts and Leigh-Anna Shavers are all contestants in Chilton County’s 2011 Distinguished Young Women Program, formerly known as the Junior Miss Program.

The Distinguished Young Women Program is the largest and oldest national scholarship program for high school girls.

The pageant will be held Saturday, July 16 at 6 p.m. in the Chilton County High School Auditorium.

The contestants have practiced for the pageant everyday this week in the auditorium. This pageant is the preliminary for the Alabama Junior Miss Program in Montgomery.
