David Kenneth Conway, 85, of Jemison died Wednesday, June 15, 2011, at Prattville Baptist Hospital in Prattville.

He was born Saturday, March 23, 1926, in Chilton County, son of the late Frances Conway and the late Maude Bratton Conway.

He was a steel worker.

Surviving are his two daughters, Susan (David) Holcombe of Clanton and Diann Frucci of Montgomery; three granddaughters, Marienne Frucci of Montgomery, Stephanie Frucci of Montgomery and Michalynn Kasper of Jemison; grandson, Patrick (Angelica) Holcombe of Jemison; three great-grandchildren; brother, Jerry Conway of Trussville; and sister, Frances Clackler of Clanton.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Faye Conway; and son, Michael Kenneth Conway.

Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m., Saturday, June 18 at Rocky Mt. United Methodist Church.

Services will be held Saturday, June 18 at 11 a.m. at Rocky Mt. United Methodist Church with the Rev. Willard Fredrick officiating.

Interment will follow in Rocky Mount Cemetery in Jemison. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Rocky Mt. Methodist Church.
