Bonnie M. Carr, 67, of Clanton died Saturday, May 28, 2011, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster.

She was born Wednesday, March 22, 1944, in Georgia.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are husband, George W. Carr Jr. of Clanton; three sons, George W. “Bill” Carr III of Clanton, Robert Carr of Camp Lejeune, N.C. and Chriss Carr of Chelsea; three granddaughters, Kaitlyn R. Carr of Lexington, Ky., Grace Elizabeth Carr of Camp Lejeune, N.C. and Olivia Elaine Carr of Camp Lejeune, N.C.; sister, Vera Flowers of Yemassee, S.C.; and brother, James Goodman of Port Royal, S.C.

Graveside services were held Tuesday, May 31 at 11 a.m. at Collins Chapel Baptist Cemetery with the Rev. William Kee officiating.
