Janet Eiland Vliet, 51, of Sebewaing, Mich. (formerly of Mableton, Ga.) died Thursday, April 7, 2011.

She was born Wednesday, Oct. 14, 1959, daughter of John Eiland and Elizabeth Eiland.

Surviving are her husband, Glenn Vliet, of Sebewaing, Mich.; daughter, Hannah and Madeline Long of Waterford, Mich.; parents, John and Elizabeth Eiland of Clanton; sister, Susan (Brian) Caylor of Clanton; niece, Cherie Lindley, Douglasville, Ga.; nephew, Rick Faulkner Jr. Hiram, Ga.; and many loving relatives.

Friends will be received from 2-3 p.m., Saturday, April 16 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Saturday, April 16 at 3 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tom Hilyer and the Rev. Dennis Smith officiating.
