CCHS golf tops two other teams

Chilton County’s golf team, with a score of 307, bested Benjamin Russell (311) and Central-Phenix City (318) on Tuesday at Lakewinds Golf Course in Alex City.

Ivan Truss had CCHS’s best round with a 69.

Blake Jenkins shot a 71, and Forrest Knight had a 76.
