Lynette Carol Johnson, 61, of Clanton died Friday, April 1, 2011, at Baptist South in Montgomery.

She was born on Monday, April 4, 1949, in Tuscaloosa, daughter of the late James Howard Davis and the late O’mera Vail Davis.

She was an x-ray technician.

Surviving are her daughter, Dawn (David) Jones of Wake Forest, N.C.; friend, Amanda Patisaul of Cadwell, Ga.; sister, Libby Hudson of Clanton; brother, Larry (Faye) Davis of Melbourne, Fla.; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Howard and O’mera Davis; and brother, Bobby Davis.

Services will be held Monday, April 4 at 10 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Randy Reid officiating.

Interment will follow in Cadwell Cemetery, Cadwell, Ga.
