Betty Jean Traywick, 71, was called to be with her Lord on March 17, 2011.

Betty was born on March 30, 1939, in Chilton County to the late Benjamin and Leon Varden.

Betty is survived by her sister, Sara (Frank) Davarich; her children, Steve Traywick, Remona (Mark) Kruse and Royce (Delia) Traywick; 10 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Traywick; daughter, Beverly Myers; one great granddaughter; one sister and eight brothers.

Visitation was held Monday, March 21 from 10-11 a.m.

Funeral services were held at 11 a.m. at Cedar Valley Baptist Church in Elgin, Texas. Burial followed at Cedar Creek Cemetery in Bastrop County.
