Red Devils come back to beat Calera

Maplesville’s softball team came back from a 9-3 deficit in the third inning Monday to defeat Calera, 11-10.

Natalie Arnold and Courtney Killingsworth led MHS (3-2) at the plate, as both went 3-for-4.

Arnold stole three bases and scored one run, and Killingsworth scored two runs and drove in three more runs.

Kiana Andrews and Alisha Blackmon had two hits each.

Killingsworth earned the win on the mound in relief of starter Autumn Smith.
