Yuvetta Sue Jones of Clanton died Thursday, Jan. 20, 2011, in Jemison.

She was born Wednesday, April 12, 1944, in Chilton County, daughter of the late Virgil Martin and the late Lucille Davis Martin.

She was a grocery store owner.

Surviving are daughter, Mrs. Cindy (Keith) Powell of Clanton; son, Mr. Dwayne Moates of Locust Fork; four grandsons, Mr. Taylor Powell of Clanton, Mr. Tanner  Powell of Clanton, Mr. Dexter Moates of Blount County and Mr. Devin Moates of Clanton; granddaughter, Miss Jordan Powell of Clanton; and sister, Mrs. Bobbie (Ronald) Lowe of Warrior.

Friends will be received from 12-1 p.m., Saturday, Jan. 22 at Martin Chapel.

Services will be held Saturday, Jan. 22 at 1 p.m. at Martin Chapel with the Rev. Don Vanderslice officiating.

Interment will follow in Rocky Mount Cemetery in Jemison.
