Jemison won the B-team championship Friday at the Chilton County Basketball Tournament.

The Panthers defeated Maplesville, 54-30, in the title game.

MHS was still in striking distance, down 31-24, at the end of the third period, but Jemison outscored its opponents 23-6 in the fourth.

Chris Lassinger led Jemison with 15 points, and Dylan Higgins had 12 points. Brandon Morrow paced Maplesville with 12 points.
