Eleanor F. Ellis, 84, of Chilton County passed away Tuesday, Jan. 11, 2011.

Mrs. Ellis was preceded in death by a sister, Vivian “Peg” Crawford; and brothers, Charles and Arthur Lowery.

She is survived by her husband, Robert Ellis; son, Ray Ellis, both of Chilton County; daughter, Patricia “Patty” Castro, CO; brothers, Gerald (Edna) Lowery, James (Faye) Lowery) all of Jemison; two grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

Graveside services will be held Friday, Jan. 14 at 1:15 p.m. from Alabama National Cemetery.  Visitation will be Friday from 11:30-12:30 at Rockco Funeral Home Chapel, Montevallo.  The family requests no flowers.
