Norma Faye Wilhite, 75, of Verbena died Monday, Dec. 27, 2010.

She was born Tuesday, Feb. 19, 1935, in Walker County, daughter of the late Arlis Key and the late Irene Woods Key.

She was a teacher aide.

Surviving are her two sons, Charles V. (Kathy) Wilhite Jr. of Verbena and Richard (Audrey) Wilhite of Mooresville, NC; two daughters, Deborah Wilhite (Johnny Hillestad) of Birmingham and Marie (Don) Odom of Birmingham; nine grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; brother, Kenneth Key of Birmingham; and sister, Amelia Elliott of Huntsville.

Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, Dec. 29 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Thursday, Dec. 30 at 1 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ken Chandler and Roger Vines officiating.
