Funeral services for Mr. Robert Lee Chaney Sr., 65, of Maplesville will be Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010, at 1 p.m. from Pilgrim Rest Baptist Church in Maplesville. Interment will follow at Pilgrim Rest Church Cemetery. Visitation will be held Friday, Nov. 19 from 7-8 p.m. at Agee Brothers Funeral Home.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife, Warrene Chaney; three children, Ronique A. Garrett (Teddy) of Fort Gordon, Ga., Robert L. Chaney Jr. of Alabaster and Roshonda L. Harrison of Little Rock, Ark.; five grandchildren, Amelia R. Pearson of Little Rock, Fredrick A. Wilson Jr. (Tanisha) of Tampa, Fla., Donavon Morrow Jr. of Fort Gordon, Shenice Bowling of Alabaster and Robert L. Chaney III of Brierfield; one great granddaughter, Arianna Pearson; two brothers, Bennie Chaney of Clanton and Hal Chaney (Bonnie) of Chicago; and three sisters, Minnie Morrow (James-deceased), Bobbie Luckett of Laport, Ind. and Patricia Grown of Bessemer.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Harrison (Robbie) Chaney of Perry, Fla.; one aunt, Ola Sullivan of Jasper; and a host of sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
