Sadie Cleckler, 92, of Clanton died Tuesday, Nov. 9, 2010, at St. Vincent’s Hospital in Birmingham.

She was born Saturday, June 1, 1918, in Chilton County, daughter of the late Sam Littleton and the late Wrena Baker.

She was a homemaker.

Surviving are son, Gene Cleckler; grandson, Kim Cleckler; great-grandson, Eiland Cleckler, all of Clanton; and a host of family and friends.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Cleckler.

Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 11 at Martin Chapel.

Services will be held Friday, Nov. 12 at 11 a.m. at Martin Chapel with the Rev. Calvin Smitherman officiating.

Interment will follow in Old Macedonia Cemetery in Clanton.
