For the second year, Trinity Episcopal Church, Clanton will be celebrating Oktoberfest with a traditional German dinner and beverage together with lots of German music and dance.

This year, Oktoberfest will take place on Friday, Oct. 8, beginning at 6 p.m. and will be held at Helen’s Place Restaurant in Clanton (located 1/2 block east of the church) on 2nd Avenue South.

Tickets are now on sale for $15 each or two for $25, and nursery care will be provided at the church.

All profits are divided between emergency assistance in Chilton County and the new  Sunday morning Atrium Program for children at Trinity.
