Robert Thadeus Miller, 65, of Clanton died Monday, Sept. 13, 2010.

He was born Saturday, Dec. 2, 1944, in Chilton County, son of the late William Ottis “Ott” Miller and the late Elizabeth McSwain Miller.

Bob was a loving husband, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin and friend. He is dearly loved and will be missed by all.  He was also very proud to be a graduate of Auburn University.

Surviving are his wife, Lois Ann Miller of Clanton; brother, William O. “Bill” (Pat) Miller of Warrington, Va.; sister-in-law, Faye Baker of Clanton; and numerous beloved nieces, nephews and cousins.

Bob also had a special way of making wonderful lifelong friends, too many special friends to be listed here, but you know who you are and how much you meant to him.

Friends will be received from 5-8 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 15 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Thursday, Sept. 16 at 1 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Larry Anderson officiating.

Interment will follow in Clanton City Cemetery.

Pallbearers are Frank Daniel, Tommy Brown, Morris Williams, Benny Joe Williams, Ray Cox, Johnny Mac Smith, Joe Hopper and Lowell Bonds. Martin Funeral Home (martinfuneralhomeinc.com) directing.
