Annie Wilkinson Birchfield, 95, passed away Saturday, Sept. 11, 2010, at Hatley Health Care in Clanton.
Mrs. Birchfield was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, John Birchfield; and two sons, Larry and Tommy Birchfield.
She was strong in faith and character and will be loved and missed forever until we meet her again in heaven.
She is survived by her son, Tim Birchfield (Jane); daughter, Barbara Haynie (Philip); brother, William Quinton Wilkinson; 11 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; one great great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral services were held Monday, Sept. 13 at 11 a.m. from Rockco Funeral Home Chapel in Montevallo with the Rev. Henry Joiner officiating.  Visitation was from 9-11 a.m. at the funeral home, and burial was to be held in Shelby Memory Gardens in Calera.
