Lora Mae Adams, 77,  of Clanton died Thursday, Aug. 12, 2010, at Hatley Health Care in Clanton.
She was born on  Sunday, Nov. 20, 1932, in Chilton County, daughter of the late John Johnson and the late Gracie Johnson.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her daughter, JoAnn Adams of Clanton; brother, Clay Johnson of Clanton; sister, Diane Moates of Thorsby; five grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; and four great-great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Gracie Johnson; husband, William Curtis Adams; brother, Buster Johnson; brother, Willie B. Johnson; brother, Hubert Johnson; sister, Marie Jacks; twin sister, Zora Faye Jacks; and sister, Evie Lee Payton.
Services were held Saturday, Aug. 14 at 2 p.m. at Oak Grove Church of God with the Rev. Greg Jones officiating.
Interment followed in Oak Grove Church of God Cemetery in Clanton.
