The Isabella volleyball squad defeated Whiteplane, Springville and Saks Saturday Aug. 21 at a tournament held at Saks High School.

Amber Wyatt led the teams with 29 kills and six blocks for the day. Savannah Kissel had four kills, four blocks and three aces. Kaylynn Culp had nine aces, Jessica Maciel had 24 assists and Allison Mims had 14 digs.

“We competed very well; we’re close to where we want to be at this point in the season,” coach Glen Graham said.

Isabella next hosts Montevallo High School and Thorsby High School Tuesday Aug. 24.
