Voters casting ballots in Tuesday’s runoff election will need some form of identification at the polls.
Chilton County Board of Registrars chairperson Donna Wyatt said a driver’s license would suffice, but voters can use utility bills or other forms of I.D.
Residents cannot register to vote at this time, but they may register to vote in the general election starting Wednesday.
There are 18 voting precincts in the county.
Polls open at 7 a.m. and close at 7 p.m. The registrar’s office will be open during those same hours on Tuesday.
If someone does not know the voting site to which they are assigned or for any other information, they should call the registrar’s office at 755-3820.
