Willie L. Woods passed away May 31, 2010, at Vaughan Regional Hospital. She was preceded in death by her husband, Gilbert E. Woods; four sisters, Daisy L. McSheehan, Allie D. Nobles, Mildred M, Markland and Louise Ferguson; and one brother, Doss (Sonny) Lovelady.
Survivors include one foster daughter, Margie Nell White (Melvin); two grandsons, Greg and Bruce White; one sister, Betty L. Deason; and a great number of “favorite” nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 3 at Maplesville City Cemetery with the Rev. Richard Crocker officiating and Lawrence Brown-Service Funeral Home directing.
