Jamey Alexandria Moore, 15, of Jemison died Wednesday, May 12, 2010.
She was born Friday, July 22, 1994, in Birmingham, daughter of James Alexander Moore III and Kathryn Jill Baker Moore.
She was a student at Jemison High School.
Surviving are her father, Jim Moore of Jemison; mother, Jill Moore of Jemison; sister, Emily Harris of Thorsby; nephew, Houston Harris of Thorsby; grandparents, Joan and Randy Gafford of Springville and Ray and Joann Baker of Springville; and a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her sister, Lesley Harris; grandfather, James A. Moore Jr.; and grandmother, Ann Herring McCullough.
Friends will be received from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, May 13 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Graveside services will be Friday, May 14 at 3 p.m. at Springville City Cemetery in Springville with the Rev. Jeff Calhoun and the Rev. Erron Price officiating.
