Whorf hits first home run in CCHS win

Amanda Whorf’s first hit other than a bunt single was a home run in an 8-2 Chilton County softball win over Thorsby on April 13.
The Tigers pounded out 12 hits in support of Brianna Cleckler, the winning pitcher. She struck out eight.
