World’s Church to celebrate 33rd anniversary
The World’s Church of the Living God will celebrate its 33rd church anniversary and pastor appreciation Sunday, March 28 beginning at 11:30 a.m.
The church will recognize Pastor Elijah Good and his wife, Mrs. Ruth Good, for their continued labor and sacrifice to the ministry and community.
The theme of this year’s anniversary, “Giving God the Glory” is taken from passages in found in St. Luke 5:25, which says, “And immediately he rose up before them, and took up that whereon he lay, and departed to his own house, glorifying God.” And, Luke 17:15, which says, “And one of them when he saw he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God.”
Pastor Good would like to take this opportunity to give God the glory for all that God has done in the WCLG ministry and the extended community.
