Charles David Hester, 44, of Thorsby died Saturday, March 13, 2010, at his residence.
He was born Saturday, Jan. 1, 1966, in Montgomery, son of Charles Arnold Hester and Frances Delorice Pace.
He was a mechanic.
Surviving are his wife, Angela Hester of Clanton; daughter, Stephanie Hester of Clanton; son, D.J. Hester of Clanton; grandchild, Trevor Hester of Clanton; mother, Frances Kirkland of DeFuniak Springs, Fla.; father, Charles Arnold Hester of Billingsley; two brothers, Ronald Hester of Clanton and Mike Hester of DeFuniak Springs, Fla.; two sisters, Paula Hester of DeFuniak Springs, Fla. and Magon Hester of Verbena; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Tuesday, March 16 at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home with the Rev. Ernest Fike officiating.
Interment will follow in Bethany Baptist Cemetery in Clanton.
