Timothy Elvis Blalock, 51, of Clanton died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2010, at his residence.

He was born on Saturday, Aug. 9, 1958, in Alabama, son of the late Henry Lamar Blalock Sr. and the late Jessie Juanita Moore.

Surviving are his wife, Regina Blalock of Clanton; daughter, Samantha Blalock of Clanton; mother, Nita Blalock Maynard of Clanton; stepfather, W.B. (Buck) Maynard of Clanton; brother, Jimmy (Kathy) Blalock of Springville; five nephews; three nieces; one great-nephew; and four great nieces.

He was preceded in death by his father, Henry Lamar Blalock Sr., and brother, Henry Lamar Blalock Jr.
Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m., Thursday, Feb. 25 at Martin Funeral Home.

Services will be held at 1 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 26 at Martin Funeral Home with the Rev. Tony Smitherman officiating.

Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery in Clanton.
