Evelyn Kathryn Baker, 88, of Clanton died Saturday, Feb. 20, 2010, at her residence.
She was born Monday, Feb. 6, 1922, in Chilton County, daughter of the late Newt Mims and the late Alice Moore Mims.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are her daughter, Juanita (George) Wilkins of Clanton; two brothers, Charlie Mims of Sylacauga and Norman Mims of Sylacauga; and sister, Mary Epperson of Sylacauga.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Rennie Baker; sister, Hixie Mae Ellison; and brother, George Mims.
Services were held Monday, Feb. 22, 2010, at 1 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home with Bro. Arthur Davis officiating.
Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery in Clanton.
