Ethel G. Payton, 94, of Clanton died Saturday, Jan. 23, 2010, at Hatley Health Care, Clanton.
She was born on Friday, March 26, 1915, in Chilton County, daughter of the late Nathan Lawson Payton and the late Annie Hamilton Payton.
She was a homemaker.
Surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Marzelle Robinson of Clanton and Mrs. Etta Redmond of Alabaster; and brother, Mr. Julius Payton of Ozark.
Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m., Tuesday, Jan. 26.
Services will be held Tuesday, Jan. 26 at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home with the Rev. Tony Smitherman officiating.
Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Mausoleum, Clanton.
