Panthers fall to Childersburg, Bibb Co.

Jemison’s boys basketball team dropped its first two game in the Champion Sports Medicine Shootout at Calera High School.
The Panthers (5-6) lost to Childersburg, 84-49, on Saturday and to Bibb County, 99-69, on Monday.
Trey Bryant led Jemison in Monday’s game with 23 points.
Scottie Hall posted 15 points and 10 rebounds, and Brandon Jones added 11 points and five rebounds.
In the Childersburg game, Bryant had a game-high 13 points.
Cornelius Strong wasn’t far behind with 12 points, and Javae Swindle scored 10 points.
Jemison will play Montevallo at 3 p.m. Tuesday, the last day of the tournament.
