Progress is on the horizon

It’s that time of year – when you deck the halls and hit the shopping malls – getting ready for the holidays.
Though it doesn’t top Christmas, it’s another exciting time of the year at The Clanton Advertiser. Our staff has been working on next year’s Progress edition.
One of our most popular sections we produce all year, Progress highlights what our county is all about, features the people that live in it and outlines where we are going in the future.
You’ll learn more about the publication and its theme as the weeks progress. I don’t won’t to ruin the surprise, but I will say the theme will allow us to produce a wide range of stories, from ghosts to the impact of our highways, from peaches to war stories.
Our newsroom has started working on these stories. Being our biggest publication of the year, we’ll work on Progress until it inserts into the paper in late February.
Stay tuned for updates.
