The Rev. Frank Alon Hill, 92, of Hoover died Saturday, Nov. 28, 2009, at his residence.
He was born Sunday, Dec. 3, 1916, in Chilton County, son of the late James Monroe Hill and the late Ella Ada Knight.
He was a minister.
Surviving are his daughter, Ms. Juanita Hill of Hoover; three granddaughters, Mrs. Mary Beth Schultz of Hoover, Mrs. Cathy Bearden of Hoover and Mrs. Susie Ferlisi of Helena; seven great grandchildren; one great-great grandchild; three sisters, Mrs. Launa Gray of Lanette, Mrs. Laura Bell Ausbun of Lanette and Mrs. Dessa Mae Heard of Lanette.
Friends will be received from 11-1 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 1 at Clanton First Baptist Church.
Services will be held Tuesday, Dec. 1 at 1 p.m. at Clanton First Baptist Church with the Rev. Matt DeBord officiating.
Interment will follow in Bethsalem Baptist Cemetery in Billingsley.
