Harold Orville Martin, 91, of Clanton died Monday, Nov. 9, 2009.
He was born Tuesday, Oct. 1, 1918, in Chilton County, son of the late Orville McKinney Martin and the late Mattie Mims Martin.
He was a carpenter.
Surviving are his two sons, Mr. Paul Edward Martin of Danbury, NC and Mr. James Richard Martin of Florence; sister, Mrs. Adrian Beasley of Jemison; three grandchildren; and five great grandchildren.
Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 11 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Services will be held Thursday, Nov. 12 at 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Robert Gibson officiating.
Interment will follow in Thorsby Memorial Cemetery in Thorsby.
