Harvey Lee Cox Jr., 32, of Marbury died Monday, Aug. 24, 2009 at his residence.
He was born Tuesday, Feb. 8, 1977 in Chilton County, son of Harvey Lee Cox Sr. and the late Carol Williams Cox.
He was a water operator.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Lena K. Cox of Marbury; two daughters, Miss Kelsey Cox of Marbury and Miss Allyson Cox of Marbury; father, Mr. Harvey L. Cox Sr. of Verbena; two sisters, Mrs. Connie Helms of Deatsville and Mrs. Bonnie Hay of Clanton.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Mrs. Carol Cox.
Services were held Wednesday, Aug. 26 at 3 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. John Colquitt and the Rev. Tommy Roy officiating.
Interment will follow in Midway Church of Christ, Marbury.
