Harold Lloyd Hayslett, 84, of Clanton died Thursday, Aug. 13, 2009 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster.
He was born Wednesday, Feb. 18, 1925 in Evansville, Ind., son of the late James C. Hayslett and the late Ida Robinson Hayslett.
He was a retired sergeant first class with the U.S. Army.
Surviving are his son, Mark Hayslett of Clanton.
Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m., Monday, Aug. 17, at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Services will be held Monday, Aug. 17, 11 a.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Brian Dovey and the Rev. Larry Anderson officiating.
Interment will follow in Pleasant Grove Methodist Cemetery, Clanton.
