Peggy Jean Parrish, 72, of Clanton died Monday at Hatley Health Care in Clanton.

She was born on Wednesday, March 3, 1937 in Chilton County, daughter of the late Clifton Parrish and the late Lucille Kelley Parrish.

She was a stock person.

Surviving are her two brothers, Mr. Joe (Shelby) Parrish of Lakeland, Fla. and Mr. Jimmy C. (Wanda) Foshee of Clanton; aunt, Mrs. Hazel (Willard) Dale; uncle, Mr. James (Sara) Kelley; and a number of nieces and nephews.
Friends will be received from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Thursday at Martin Funeral Home.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Tony D. Smitherman officiating.
