Jimmy Charles Langston, 57, of Birmingham died Tuesday, June 9, 2009 at St. Vincent’s Hospital, Birmingham.

He was born on Tuesday, April 15, 1952 in Chilton Co., Alabama, Son of the late Chalmers Wayne Langston and the late Elizabeth Pearl Watson.

He was a Draftsman.

Surviving are his Wife, Marilyn Langston of Birmingham, AL; 2 Daughters, Joy Roberts of Jacksonville, NC, Amy Langston of Morris, AL; Grandchildren, Lorelei and Lucas Roberts, Lexie Barnett; Sister, Bobby Faye Mims of Thorsby, AL.

Friends will be received from 6-8, Thursday, June 11, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home.

Services will be held Friday, June 12, 2009, at 3:00PM. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Haskins and Rev. John Hatfield officiating.

Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens, Jemison, AL.
