Charles E. Littleton, 73, of Jemison died Monday, May 11 at his residence.
He was born Saturday, May 9, 1936 in Chilton County, son of the late Russell V. Littleton and the late Annice M. Bice Littleton.
He was the owner of Littleton’s Mower and Hardware in Thorsby.
Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Delene P. Littleton of Jemison; son, Mr. Boyd Wayne (Tammy) Littleton of Jemison; three daughters, Mrs. Rebecca Ann (Doug) Bice of Jemison, Mrs. Cynthia Darlene (Tim) Farris of Clanton, Mrs. Trudy Lynn (Lee) Brown of Clanton; three brothers, Mr. Billy G. (Pat) Littleton of Jemison, Mr. Royce W. (Ann) Littleton of Clanton, Mr. Bobby J. (Annie Lee) Littleton of Clanton; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Sue (Hollis) Foshee of Jemison, Mrs. Judy N. (Mark) Cooley of Carrollton, Ga.; eight grandchildren, one great grandchild, a number of nieces and nephews, a great number of friends and loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. Russell V. Littleton; mother, Mrs. Annice Littleton; and brother, Mr. Harold Littleton.
Services will be held Wednesday, May 13, at 11 a.m. at Robinson Springs Baptist Church with the Rev. David Farris, the Rev. Harold Farris, the Rev. Edward Farris and the Rev. Bobby Littleton officiating.
Interment will follow in Robinson Springs Cemetery, Clanton.
