Both Jemison’s boys and girls tennis teams were victorious in matches at Shades Mountain on Friday.

The boys won, 6-3, to improve their record to 7-1.

The girls won, 7-2, and now boast a 5-3 record.

Boys winners included Drew Posey, Bronson Langston, Jake Long, William Morton and the doubles teams of Posey/Cole Thompson and Taylor Long/Brandon Jones.

Girls winners included Ashley Gothard, Alyssa Childress, Kari Hollingsworth, Jessica Swindle and the doubles teams of Gothard/Christie Hoffmeyer, Childress/Jonica Hicks and Tara Foster/Swindle.

Both sets of Panthers will host Brewbaker Tech beginning at 3:30 p.m. on April 7.
