Last spring, Public Service Commissioner Susan Parker launched a consumer education initiative called Lifeline Link Up.

Lifeline Link Up may pay up to half of your initial telephone connection fee for basic telephone service if you receive Supplemental Security Income (SSI), food stamps, TANF, LIHEAP or if you live in section 8 housing.
