A muscadine spotlight workshop will be held on Friday, March 6 from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Chilton Research and Extension Center in Clanton.

Topics that will be covered include muscadine grape production, cultivar selection, and pest management.

Muscadine and bunch grape pruning demonstration and hands-on muscadine pruning will follow.

Speakers include Jim Pitts, Bobby Boozer, Gary Gray and Elina Coneva. Information presented will be appropriate for both home and commercial production.
