Aileen Glasscock Kelly, 91, of Foley died Thursday, Feb. 19, at Golden Living Center, Foley.
She was born on Friday, Nov. 30, 1917 in Cullman, daughter of the late Andrew Jackson Glasscock and the late Myrtle Lawrence Glasscock. She was a nursing assistant.
Surviving are her daughter, Joyce Davis of Foley; two granddaughters, Joyce Varner of Foley and Zhaleh McCullers of Birmingham; two grandsons, Rick Varner of Foley and Jim McCullers of Birmingham; three great-grandsons, Clayton McCullers, Kelly McCullers and Christopher McCullers.
A special thank you to special friends who loved and supported her for many years, Mr. and Mrs. Bob Miller; Mr. and Mrs. Joe Baker; Jeremy and LeAnne Smith; Billy and Ashley Weathers.
Much appreciation to the staff of Golden Living Center who cared for her so well over the last five years.
Mrs. Kelly left behind a multitude of friends and people who loved her.
Services will be held today, Feb. 21, at 1 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Terry Avery officiating. Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens, Jemison.
