Both Carter and Hilyer raced for the first time, and the Powder Puff class for beginners will be offered on a weekly basis.

Preseason racing will continue each Saturday until March 7, when the points the points season begins.

A 50-lap race for stock flatheads paying $400 tow in medium will be held Feb. 21. Gates open at noon, hot laps start at 2 p.m. and racing starts at 4 p.m.
