Bonnell Fike

Bonnell Eloise Fike, 88, of Millbrook died Sunday, Feb. 1, at Elmore Community Hospital, Wetumpka.
She was born on Tuesday, Sept. 21, 1920 in Alma, Ga., daughter of the late George Douglas and the late Jennie Hester Douglas. She was a seamstress.
Surviving are her two daughters, Mrs. Johnnie Fike Dorough of Marbury, Ms. Jacquelyn Fike of Millbrook; son, the Rev. Ernest Fike of Verbena; brother, Mr. George Douglas Jr. of Alma, Ga.; five grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Mr. John W. Fike.
Friends will be received from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. today, Feb. 3, at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held today, Feb. 3, at 1 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Ernest Fike and the Rev. W. Thomas Fike officiating.
Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton.
