Fourth grade participants in the Clanton Intermediate Spelling Bee included Bailey Vinson, Cheyan Wilson, Zachary Young, Christian Todd, Emma Cleckler, Bailey Watley, Brittney Calhoun, Stephanie Collins and Keaton Sullivan.

Young and Sullivan challenged for the winning position, but Young won by correcting the spelling of perfectionism and then spelling the winning word orphan.
