The Lady Bears came out with a full-court, man-to-man defense and seemed to confuse the Lady Mustangs early.

The Lady Mustangs made a couple of runs at the Lady Bears in both halves, but they seemed to lack continuity all night.

Billingsley forced many turnovers all night and kept the Lady Mustangs out of sync.

Billingsley won the game 47 to 29.
